> Footyweb is the national participation system capturing all football players, Auskick, umpires, coaches and volunteers
> Provides a total competition management system for all leagues and clubs incorporating fixtures, ladders, online results and clearances, websites, online registration, etc

WHY IS FOOTYWEB IMPORTANT?
> Provides tools to manage football competitions more efficiently
> Provides the football industry with a national database of all participants of our game
> Effectively a Shared Service – estimated to save the industry over $1,000,000 annually

Not all Tasmanian competitions and clubs are on Footyweb while other competitions and clubs are only using the most basic functions.  Footyweb is there to HELP you. FOOTYWEB SUPPORT PROCESSES
Clubs:
> First option for assistance is to check the relevant user guides that have been provided or search the Fox Sports Pulse Support site at http://support.foxsportspulse.com/.
> If a the club administrator cannot find the answer to their query the next step is to contact their respective League Administrator. League Administrators need to be the first point of support for all their respective clubs for all level 1 support queries (ie “How to” operational enquiries).
Leagues:
> If the League Administrator cannot help their Club Administrator with their query, the League Administrator then reaches out to the State Footyweb Contact for assistance (Ben Ling| ben.ling@afl.com.au| 03 6282 1816).
