Female Talent Manager
The Female Talent Manager is primarily responsible for identifying, designing and implementing pathways and programs that will contribute to the development of talented female footballers and coaches of females throughout Tasmania. The role will oversee and manage the Youth Girls and Women’s Academy programmes.

Football Manager
The Football Manager is responsible for driving the state talent pathway in the context of a national agenda. The role will work closely with North Melbourne Football Club to strategically align AFL Tasmania talent programs to the Next Generation Academy model. It will be accountable for leading the development of a best practice talent identification and player development systems and for providing players and coaches within the Tasmanian talent pathway with the best possible opportunity to develop as people and as players/coaches.
